From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and provided excellent service. The rooms were pristine and luxurious, and the resort itself was beautiful, with breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs and even surprised us with thoughtful gifts. The location was perfect, with a stunning beach and pool area. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great selection of items. our experience at this resort was perfect and exceeded all expectations.
Cannot find any fault.

Breakfast is great. To our surprise, we got a suite, of course, it was awesome. Besides, the small gifts in the room were very cute.
The beach is nice and well maintained, but as for me, the beach is cluttered with sunbeds. Then went swimming in other bays.

Super location, well-kept ensemble of different houses, well-kept beautiful beach, great staff, gigantic selection and quality of breakfast
Wifi is remarkably bad and sometimes even non-existent.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch, from the private pool in our spacious and modern room to the comfy sunbeds just a couple of steps from the sea. We also loved the breakfast and enjoyed outside dining in the restaurant with a view of the beautiful location close to a few Greek islands. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making sure we had a great stay.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Amazing resort with stunning views all around and a beach with great service. Food was varied and delicious with friendly staff. The pool is large and clean and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. A great location not too far from the airport and a short taxi ride from nearby towns. A perfect place for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
The resort could improve by making its prices more reasonable. The food and drinks on the beach were too expensive, and it was too isolated to easily explore nearby areas. But overall, the positives outweighed the negatives and it was a great stay.

The view is nice.
I can't believe this hotel is 5-star. It compares to 3-star hotels I've stayed in. I stayed in a Sea Side Suite and it reminded me of a room in Daytona Beach. The beds were small and the rooms were decorated in tacky blue colors. The "welcome" staff was very unfriendly. The only bright spot was the bartender.

The location is great with fantastic views and a lovely, clean private beach. Staff were very friendly and efficient and met all our requests very promptly. We chose bed and breakfast only, but the breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of choice. Good sized bathrooms with plenty of towels and products available. Everywhere in the hotel is extremely clean and well maintained.
The bungalows are not quite as large or comfortable as they appear on the website. The beds are mainly twins (though on request, ours were converted into a relatively comfortable double). The hotel is built on a very steep hill, so the walk between the main hotel and the beach or bungalows is certainly not suitable for anyone elderly or infirm.

Had a great Easter break at a fabulous resort. Really enjoyed the private beach and the fact that there were no children around. Loved being able to access sunbeds anytime and having bar service at both the beach and pool. the resort never felt busy despite being at capacity.
Would have liked a shuttle service to a nearby town as it was too far to walk. would have appreciated a more decorative ambiance with flowers and other decorations.

I liked the location: it is magical. I also liked stuff- they were very friendly and helpful.
I did not like the food offered in the hotel: both breakfast and dinner were very poor in terms of quality. I also did not like the facilities and infrastructure, which is outdated. The hotel needs renovation; eg beds are old and extremely firm; aircondition machines seriously old. Value for money is poor: they either need to improve the facilities and food or reduce the price

The shuttle service by caring and friendly staff
The slope was steep to get from the room to the dining area.

This hotel provided us with luxurious amenities that fulfilled all of our exclusive needs. We had access to a stunning swimming pool and sun terrace, a private beachfront, and even a spa with massage services. the service was exceptional, and the restaurant offered delicious food and special diet menus to accommodate all guests. Another highlight was the entertainment provided on the weekends.
The only minor issue we had was with the location. It required a taxi ride to get into the nearest town for any outside activities.

Not up to the expectations advertised on the web, especially the sea view bungalow. We barely had a view, and did not have the balcony of the photos. When we expressed our contempt, the reception team were helpful, but the person who was supposed to tend to our problem did not even call back. Nothing was done to adress our claim, it was apparent they did not care. The price versus room quality & service was not fair.
